The Institut Kimia Malaysia (IKM), i.e. the Malaysian Institute of Chemistry, will host the 25th Annual World Forum on Advanced Materials (POLYCHAR 25) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 9-13 October 2017. IKM has a very active and strong polymer section, and together with local universities and other polymer related societies and institutions, IKM is pleased to bring this important international meeting on polymer science, technology, engineering and innovation to Malaysia. POLYCHAR 25 will be held concurrently with LabAsia 2017, a biennial laboratory equipment exhibition, on 9-13 October 2017 at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) Kuala Lumpur.
The traditional “Short Course on Polymer Characterization” will be held on the first day of POLYCHAR. The short Course serves as a tutorial for newcomers in the field of Polymer Science as well as up-date about recent developments in analysis and characterization of polymer systems provided by specialists in the field.
